      slightly salary hike if you resign, and Any work can be assigned to anyone weather they know or not, promotion instead of hike (solution)

      Be careful about Job security Only old working people praised highly abuse words from management micro level management different work then actual role you will learn things that will never be useful base level working module ideas are not welcomed opinion/ improvement suggestion not welcomed
