    Not a lot of cons but there wasn't much to do so I got a lot of busy work.

    The internship shows you exactly what you would be doing as a potential financial advisor.

    Cons

    The program was not set up very well and some of the tasks didn't really help you learn to go onto other jobs. The technology was also very outdated.

    lots of hands on work get to sit in on client meetings the more effort you put in the more you will learn

    Pros

    The financial advisors your worked with were very nice, welcoming and helpful people. The internship is very hands on, so you learn a lot.

    Cons

    Halfway through the internship, the curriculum felt very repetitive, so towards the end it felt long and dragged out.

    - Good pay for the amount of effort expected - Good sense of what being an FA is like

    - Very boring tasks - None of the work is quantitative or technical at all - There is not a lot of oversight - Very slow culture which may or may not be for you
