    Sometimes inconsistent communication, to be expected of a large firm though. Sometimes can be a bit conservative with processes unnecessarily, but I understand why

    Good co-workers, decent pay, they want you to succeed

    Cons

    This is a call center. They micromanage your time, track every single second, tell you they want you to ask questions then make you feel stupid for asking. The clients are sometimes nice, other times can be nightmares and scream at things completely out of your control, understaffed
