    Great training Plenty of support from Home office The work is wonderful

    Cons

    You will only get paid as much as your Financial Advisor allows. Your main income comes from bonuses that are never guaranteed The health benefits arent great If you get hired by a terrible Financial Advisor, you are stuck with them.
