Pros
Work is nor physical to say the least. Plant manager was very easy to get along with. Lots of overtime if you like working for peanuts.
Cons
Equipment was always breaking down,mismanaged inventory,constantly told to stay home for one reason or another. HR is.... For a company that makes 100 million a year you would think their skilled operators would reap the benefits. NOT........Low wages across the board....Gift cards given out for pay increases. I went else where and was making 200 more a week.
