Honestly, the free beer was a pro. Some non management were also lovely people.
Cons
Where to start? Squalid office underneath a rail line, working with at least one person with serious hygiene issues. In the short time I was there I watched the owners bully people to tears for absolutely trivial reasons. Absolutely no respect for personal circumstances when they arise. They were not happy with me taking time off for a bereavement. Behind the scenes is chaos with very few people knowing what they were doing due to constant pivots by the owners. I was given maybe 2 days training (if that) on the "processes" with constant reassurance that more would come later. The major sticking point is for the owners who bully and belittle their way through the business. I had a meeting with their CEO who immediately jumped down my throat when he misheard me. A joke of a company.
