No paid bank holidays No career opportunity - especially for women They hire cheap, unexperienced interns - that make colossal mistakes in clients accounts Systemic extension of your 3 month probation period (for a total of 6 months) No communication (unless they blame you for a mistake on their part - incompetent staff) Total lack of organization Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional HR team (that seem to run the entire company - why?) Very awkward, strange atmosphere
