Pros

- People (EXCLUDING leadership) are great, particularly the UK and Madrid offices. It is a shame they have all been treated so horribly - Product is a great concept, but with no execution or concept of business it makes no difference

Cons

- The most unprofessional company i've ever worked for with catastrophic problems particularly in the US office - Leadership are the poorest examples of leaders i've ever seen with no ownership, consistent lies which they are aware of and proud to talk about. - Startups are meant to places for culture and great team spirit - This is the complete opposite and an example of a sinking ship that could have achieved so much more - The sad thing is that this product COULD have been good, but the leaders have no business acumen or understanding of how to make a company successful, meaning it is slowly dying and has already been overlapped by competitors - This company will soon diminish and i would NEVER advise anyone to consider working here

Pros

Free lunch. Fancy chairs in the office. Good healthcare benefits. Based on recent reviews on Glassdoor, it looks like they're giving spot bonuses to employees to post something positive about the company on Glassdoor.

Cons

Toxic work environment slowly gets under your skin even when you're not at work. Major engineering issues result in constant lies to customers around the status of updates. Company constantly in crisis mode. I personally saw management lie about who the implemented customers are to: employees, interviewees, and prospective customers. If you are interviewing here and you ask, "Who are ElasticBox's customers." You'll be flat out lied to. The culture and environment at ElasticBox are so bad that even people in the Spain office have been quitting, and Spain is in the middle of an economic crisis.
