      - The work you do is diverse, both in terms of clients and projects - you work on a range of technical and strategic project across a variety of sectors. - Management give you trust and responsibility from the start, allowing you to work independently on large scale projects. - While sometimes long hours hours are required, it is always appreciated by management and since projects are focused on reducing emissions, the work is always rewarding. - Flexible working hours and smart, friendly colleagues
