No managers work weekends and are unavailable to help but you get in troble if you make a mistake even though you cant ask how to do it. Low pay and no raises or reviews. This place has a rep of being a party hotel, so guests cause alot of problems and get really drunk in lobby and really mess up rooms that we have to clean after.
All guests get late check out but next guest wants early check in so you cant have time to really clean rooms. All guests are always complaining that most of the tv's dont work, but they never get fixed.
Managers will give lots of stuff away, so now guests know to make up stuff to complain because they get free room, free points or free beer or wine and you get in trouble even though it was not true.
