Pros

team lunches, activities, flexibility, and working with LV is amazing. Normally owners are nasty and mean but he inst

Cons

Management could be more professional. I've been here for a few months and been observing the office. The controller makes rude remarks when people are eating their lunch. I was sitting in the kitchen when she came and start spraying the office saying “omg it smells in here”. That is VERY impolite to talk about someone’s food. What if that’s their religion? This company also has a VERY HIGH turnover rate. They pay here is not good so it looks like everyone just quits and finds better jobs

Pros

They do not use timeclocks or use advanced programs for leasing or renewals...so that is the only plus...their laziness in accountability makes it easier to have job security

Cons

Cheap company...extremely cheap!!...No longer gives out holiday cards or annual christmas parties for employees, does not fix repairs or problems for tenants in a timely manner, rude management with unprofessional employees, have seen clear violations that in a normal job would have somebody fired but they discipline based off of how they feel about the employee on a personal level, no idea of fair housing laws or how to handle incidents among residents, have been sued multiple times for violating property codes and injury to residents, favoritism and lack of upward mobility in your career, prone to lawsuits over negligence and often lacks accountability

Pros

Small company, not as strict as other companies, once you are in with the company - tend to stay with them, expansion opportunities under way, has great vacation and paid time off policy - allows you to roll some of the accumulated hours over to the following year

Cons

very budget conscious to the point of detriment, not a lot of focus on resident retention, delay in getting approvals for rents and large item invoices, bringing individual mistakes to the entire company's attention, special residents that offer a special amenity/service to residents have a better discount than the leasing office and maintenance employees, very expensive health and dental program - especially if you would like to have yourself and your spouse on the policy
