Pros

Most members of the team are a pleasure to work with and the flexibility is refreshing

Cons

Despite low pay and no possible progression I would have stayed if it wasn't for the manager of the legal operations team who is openly misogynistic and inappropriate towards employees. When issues are raised, individual employees are gaslight as well as the entire team being punished which creates an environment not safe to speak up in. The job sold in the interview is miles apart from the work you actually conduct, I would even go so far as to say management lies to applicants as they are desperate for people to join. Mental health is not taken seriously even though highly sensitive material is being dealt with on a daily basis. HR is aware of issues however, nothing has been done for over 4 months now so the only remedy was to quit. Stay away from this specific role if you can

Pros

The work could be interesting at times.

Cons

The work was never scoped correctly. The place is run on favouritism. If you don't have the same opinion as your manager you're treated like rubbish. No trust to do your job. Often asked to do things that weren't possible due to managers lack of understanding. Don't take neuro diversity seriously.

Pros

Flexible working hours i.e able to start earlier or shorten your lunch break to finish earlier Really friendly and lovely team Fully remote with the option of going into the Newcastle office, or the WeWork office in London

Cons

Unable to use work as qualifying work experience Some things were promised at the interview and then withdrawn once working The content of the work is disturbing The role is essentially glorified admin work
