Office management create a negative and toxic work environment. If you don’t fit the mold they will find ways to push you out. Set you up for failure by not properly training for specific role. Racism,anti-family and sexual discrimination is rampant.

Penny wise, pound foolish company. Management salaries are not competitive which leads to high turnover. Some Union members are useless but are protected. Some really great employees are forced to clean rest areas because of where they fall on the seniority list. This system doesn't reward high throughput employees and protects ones that cost the company more than just wages. Expected to work on call and overtime for free. Residual Racism in the industry.
