Pros
No two days are the same. Ability to work hands-on with clients produces effective outcomes. Agency has filled a housing niche unsurpassed by any other in the county. Community and inter-agency partnerships are strong, which allows the clients to have their needs addressed professionally and efficiently.
Cons
IMO, there was not enough intra-agency synergy. Cross training and team building exercises were non-existent for the company as a whole.
