      A non-toxic culture with minimal politics(if any). The firm values innovation and is doing great work in customer success, development and product management. Valuable projects.

      Cons

      Salary and compensation are not as competitive as they were three years ago. Annual pay raise is good but overall, average compensation with little to no perks.
