      Pros

      Nice peers Standard hours (but don't be a minute late!) Good lunch options nearby (I'm trying to say something nice)

      Cons

      Industrial revolution era HR mentality on dress policy, flex hours, vacation policy, "clocking in On TIME!", etc. Executive management has no direction Compensation is low Benefits are poor IT procures technology on eBay (literally) No respect Exec management fights openly Not open to change culture, rules, or policies Much information is held secret from Exec management (I never knew if we actually made a profit) Penny wise dollar foolish Heavy cronyism

      Thanks for the feedback. I can assure you that we will continue to evaluate our compensation and benefit offerings. As far as showing up to work on time, our schedules and hours are set to best meet our client needs so we ask our employees to clock in on time for their scheduled work hours. If an employee has a responsibly that interferes with his/her hours, contacting HR to discuss possible accommodations is recommended. Our business casual dress policy is comparable to most other companies but we are open to suggestions. I’m sorry that you did not have a good experience here and I hope you have found something that is a better fit.

      Need advanced Excel training to read bank recs! These need to be much simpler for those of us who are not accounting professionals and accounting professional should be calculating payments not the project managers there's varying degrees of understanding Excel and taxes. I made one mistake and was fired make that make sense! Any project manager making under $85,000 is diabolical because you really only make half of that so in order to make a fair salary in Milwaukee even you need to make it least 92k Stop having so many events and fix Outlook The office space itself is depressing the other side of the office where the executives are and Human Resources that's lovely beside where the people do the work old dated needs a real facelift but I would rather you take that money and put it in my paycheck but a little paint wouldn't hurt with some color
