Pros
-Very thorough training. -Flexible scheduling. -Rewarding work.
Cons
-You'll be inundated with multiple emails a day and you are required to respond to each one even if it doesn't directly apply to you in any way otherwise you'll risk being penalized. So even if you only work ~4-5 hours a week out of the office, you'll still spend chunks of your day every day responding to emails which you, of course, don't get paid for. -While the training is thorough (and unpaid), on-location training with kids is very limited, so expect to pick it up perfectly in around 1 or 2 tries otherwise, they may ask you to go through the unpaid training process again. -Like many jobs that involve kids, there definitely seems to be a bias favoring women over men; and while they certainly do hire men, it becomes evident men aren't their first choice in employees.
