You don't always get along with your family but you are there for each other and a team at the end of the day. You will never get bored here. There are always opportunities to be creative. You get to work with a wide variety of clients that span across all different industries.

Tempers can run short among staff and management. Expectations are high because so are our clients'. There is always room for improvement in communication (like with any organization). But if you set a high bar for yourself to begin with you will do fine here.
