      The people you work with each day are great and very helpful. Everyone seems to work well together.

      Cons

      The leadership has a issues with control, if you have a good idea to improve the company they will fire you. Then after you are gone do what you suggested as if it was their idea.

      there is no loyalty from management. If you don't do what you are told, even if it's unethical, you will be shown the door immediately.
