Pros
Some really nice people that sadly get worn down over time
Cons
Management seem to add more work to already bursting pipelines. They rarely say no to anything and the expectation is that teams will just get it done. Mental health for many colleagues is not a priority and burn out is common or people leave for better jobs Salaries are towards the bottom for attracting good people and so may questionable people are brought into complex transformation programmes that are not skilled enough to make the right decisions. Definitely a fear of senior execs. Met many people who either keep their head down or leave because they don't want to ruin their own integrity. Programmes have mutli million budgets that are not managed correctly (through poor delivery partners or poor mgmt decisions) and this affects the members and students who are then charged more these decisions. Mgmt reports can sometimes be 100's of slides a month and its death by ppt
