Best firm I have worked for! I have worked for several firms and ADKF has a great team of people to work with.

We have our busy times but that is part of the job to give responsive client service. Compared to other firms I have worked for, the hours are actually a little less in the grand scheme.

In my experience, the firm offers exposure to public accounting work across a variety of clients and engagements. I gained practical experience similar to what is commonly found at a small local CPA firm.

From my perspective, turnover felt relatively frequent, which sometimes made it difficult to feel a strong sense of long term stability or continuity within teams. Communication and management styles varied, and expectations were not always clearly aligned across leadership. At times, this led to uncertainty around priorities and shifting guidance.
