Pros
- Very supportive and encouraging atmosphere - Small company means you won't get lost in the cracks/you can be more effective with your clients and interventions - Management is accessible and knowledgeable - Fun environment with lots of trainings - Schedule makes the week go by faster because days are broken up by appointments
Cons
- Driving between clients can be hard for some people - In a typical 8-hour day, a full 8 hours of work may not be possible because of time between clients - Can fell isolating to not work in an office/see co-workers every day
