      Pros

      Small town feel, large company with exceptional growth. Competitive salaries good benefits, health employee culture, and good advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      Commuter job for most. Jackson has very little diversity, shopping, and infrastructure. Of course, the up and down MN weather with winter lasting 4+ months

      - Doesn't listen to concerns or requests from employees - Employee bonuses are based on how well they praise their company in reviews used in board meetings - PTO caps after 3 years - No communication on what leadership is planning - No action is taken on concerns or issues that employees raise up - No plans discussed except for vague emails - No training or support for mid-level managers
