    Benefits Monthly breakfast Nice office

    Cons

    Micro management No proper trainings and handover Some people are extremely rude and unhelpful Workload is unmanageable Management doesn't support employee well being Long hours

    I was very excited to join the company, but found the environment very toxic. Management should invest time on supporting employees and work life balance.

    -Free snacks and coffee -Some genuinely nice people

    Cons

    -Completely dysfunctional starting with leadership that are not qualified to do their own jobs, let alone design/hire a team to do theirs -Inconsistent compensation at the same position level -No clear career path for those who are not creatives -Bonuses structure for some but not for all -Their systems are outdated and incorrect leading to chaos -Manager turnover is rampant -Truly do not know what they are doing -No communication from the top down -Old boys' club at the top

    Advice to Management

    Start from zero to create a functional leadership and HR team with the experience and skills to set up the company up for success. Leadership with only creative skills should not be involved in the operations of the company, as they clearly do not know what they are doing. Communication is key.
