      Good video encoding products, but priced at the high end of the market. New product launches have not been successful.

      Terrible management. Think all problems can be solved by firing the sales people. Sales turnover incredibly high

      France leadership is disconnected from North America market and customers. What works in EU doesn't necessarily work in NA.
