Nothing is favourable here, Positive word is not applicable for this company, everything is negative here - People, culture. Couldn't even highlight a single point which is favourable at AVL.
Cons
Worst company to work with. Not at all employee friendly, your survival is based on politics.. You play, you win. So called Department Head and HR is not at all approachable. No willingness to hear out employees issues and grievance. Good at making false promises and ruining career.
