Pros

Work-life balance was somewhat decent. You only worked 1 in 4 Saturdays. Pay was decent for someone starting their working career.

Cons

Not enough employees to handle the amount of calls. Management would sell you a dream. On the phones pretty much all the time, so you’re working to get off them.

Pros

Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

Cons

Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
