      - Could not think of one, maybe good salary if you can come up with a good deal

      Cons

      - Lack of experts - HoD and SLs are not good at their jobs - Lots of meetings where people trying to push away their responsibilities - Not a good place to embrace your career path - Tight working hours - No coffee or pantry

      Good salary: My salary was top in the market, but it depends on AA customers, since they are outsourcing company. Good benefit: - I got premium healthcare for me and one of my family member - Free lunch - All equipment provided by them Tasks were OK.

      Cons

      - Micro management, depends on your Head Dept - If the customers don't extend the contract with AA, prepare yourself. Also, ask them for compensation.
