Pros

- Great product in Freestyle Libre - some great managers and fellow employees - part of Abbott, so options elsewhere

Cons

- scapegoating, political, CYA culture - low employee morale - high workload and little respect for work life balance - petty cost cutting whilst wasting millions - BS management double speak around "scary good" and "blue ocean strategy" that most people don't understand and is inconsistent with general micro-management - most employees increasingly marginalized at the expense of few so called high performers, creating an unjust, uncooperative and resentful atmosphere - very little opportunities for career progression - management look after themselves well with perks, fancy hotels and unncessary overseas travel - disastrous last year versus targets tells you management don't have a clue
