The company treats us like adults and pofessionals and trusts us to deliver. The case management system is the best that I have ever used, it is easy to use, flexible and if anything needs updating it is done instantly. Also the company has really worked hard on the onborading process and giving clear instructions to our clients and I am excited to see the developments we have planned later this year.

Doing video calls with clients was a shock.. but makes sense and once you get over the idea, it really helps to get to know your clients

4 day week, though that is being taken away! Career progression opportunities but only because they have no staff.

Toxic management. No training or support given when needed. Their systems and processes they use are not functional and make the job harder than it needs to be and take even longer to do. Management make promises and never keep them or deliver, they do it to make you not leave then go back on their word. Huge staff turnover which says everything really. No other benefits bare minimum holiday, they take days off you for Christmas no gifts for birthdays etc , no bonuses and expect you to do post completion work for staff that have long left there for no extra pay or thank you. Values there are a con they don’t stand by them
