Cons
It's who you know -- if you've worked for the leaders in their past orgs, they love you. If you didn't, there is a bias there culturally which is unfair. Some of the leaders on the Exec team are great. Others are not. There is a track record of lack of trust and autonomy to do your job effectively under the Sales and Marketing heads of the org. Attrition in those teams is higher for a reason. Strategy shifts too much to deliver on plans effectively. There was alot of changing directions so couldn't dig in and get things done to be successful.
