Cons

* Sometimes depends on the client you need to hop over projects if there is multiple project per client, context switch maybe sometimes drawbacks.

* Smart colleagues * Interesting problems * Cloud forward I think this is a good example of a place using the cloud for innovation in fintech and it's cool to be a part of.

Cons

It's still consulting. You have to work with some frustrating customers from time to time.
