      Good Perks, respect for the individual, nice environment to work

      Cons

      Sometimes depending on the client you're assigned for you can work in a "body-shop" way, which can be not so great. If you get assigned to a greenfield project which is totally managed and run by Adaptive, that con disappear.

      * Smart colleagues * Interesting problems * Cloud forward I think this is a good example of a place using the cloud for innovation in fintech and it's cool to be a part of.

      Cons

      It's still consulting. You have to work with some frustrating customers from time to time.
