      Way to much cons who called this is a company, this is nothing more than a shop with 15 short minded people, the CEO aadil of this company has no idea what he is doing he just need money nothing else he don't even know the process and trends going on in the market, they don't know how to treat with their employees, HR don't even know how to take interviews with some broken grammar she used to speak in noisy voice for salary negotiation. Dmmm They don't even have toilets 25 people have to manage with one washroom. And no flush working. The people working there either have no potential inside or they worry to explore the possibilities in the market.

      Couldn't find anything positive about the work place nor the CEO(who thinks everyone working for him is his slave)

      Cons

      If you want to be a slave of this company, do join it at your own risk. First 15 days salary is kept as security and then you would be informed that 54% of salary would be deducted as pf every month and which is something you would never get. No concern would be given to your issues, all that matters to them is you give 14hrs daily to this company. There isn't gonna be any family or personal life if you join this company.

      Pros

      Great Working environment, Well experienced seniors so if you are fresher or have started working. You will be going to learn a lot. The company runs on trust and transparency and this provides a feeling of mutual respect for everyone in the company, regardless of position or rank.

      None, That I can think of.
