      Advanced takes care of their guys. Lots of freedom on the road. Moved up based on the effort I was willing to put in. Fair compensation

      Pros

      I enjoyed my time at Ai. If you show up and work hard you will get new opportunities. Just have to learn to deal with the turnover at the entry levels.

      Physically demanding and often long drives to install sites.

      People work with everyday are all wonderful

      Cons

      Owner and management changes there minds quickly and do not clearly define employees job expectations and do not have job description for all the position
