We are sorry to hear that you have concerns about the consistency in management and the perceived detachment of our CEO from the day-to-day operations of our industry. It's unfortunate you should feel this way as our CEO is very much involved with the day-to-day running of the business and our management team has experience of over 40 years combined within the recruitment industry (and 10+ years in management at ARM alone) Additionally, we are concerned about the mention of gender pay disparity and the perception of a "boys club" environment.
