Management has little regards for your wishes or initial job description you signed for and will stick data engineers in pure data analyst missions for years at a time. In fact I think most of the missions are in data analyst roles despite the company hiring no data analysts. -There are also little benefits besides pay (which is average), no rtt and a near useless CE. -There is an informal salary ceiling at 49k€/year if you're not manager

Honestly, very friendly ambiance and efficient management. There's space for people to grow and take leads in the hierarchy.
