      My immediate supervisor she was great but after she got a promotion the next to fill her shoes did not meet the bar!! Great benefits pay is okay

      Just a number at this company and Human Resources is a joke. They are never in and NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS (Memphis Location). This was important matter that I needed to talk to them on and because of their lack of communication I was let go without any notice from my leave of absence which by the way was approved by HR (lol what a joke) then when I FINALLY GOT my letter of termination it said I Pay sucks for amount of hours and calls

      Easy to get hired Easy to communicate with staff Wonderful local staff

      Cons

      Companies you are contracted to chew you up and spit you out with jobs that damage your body and put you at risk of serious injury. Health Insurance is worthless. Hostile work environment from some companies - you are held to different standards than full-time employees. Traps immigrants, mothers, the elderly, improverished and desperate workers in a cycle of back-breaking labor while taking a cut of your pay and keeping you barely at minimum wage. The entire system is corporate prostitution.
