Management is friendly, not strict, an employee work without much supervision. Management decisions are taken by top most management.

Employee opinions should be valued, level of education should considered when giving posts, specialization of managers should be considered and the firm needs a clear marketing strategy. Working on Saturdays leaves employees very little time to unwind.
