Low pay with over 10 years experience I was offered $14.50 per hour and found this to be the case with 3 others in orentation. Instead of just annoucing no raises they gave knowledgable employees low review points as the reason for not receiving a raise. One employee who has worked for the company for 4 years has only received a raise once at her very first review
