      I love that we are out by 330 and 130 on Fridays.

      Cons

      Low pay for the workload. Unable to move up unless you are friends with someone in a Director or senior position. They'd also recommend you work longer or while on vacation.

      Pros

      Not micromanaged. Co workers generally easy to work with. Hours are good and management will work with you regarding time off.

      Cons

      Strapped for cash and losing money. Competent managers have all been laid off. Understaffed and underpaid. If anything goes wrong, management will look for someone to blame before taking any responsibility.
