The workers are really tight knit, and try to train you well. They definitely try to play to your strengths by putting you on attractions that make you shine. One of my favorite parts of the job is the versatility it offers! Am meeting new people, and well as creating an exciting atmosphere for people during events! It's special to be apart of, and with a strong work ethic it's really epic!

The days are long and hot, but they are pretty good at ensuring breaks.

The owner, his wife, long/over-night shifts some shows, forced to work 4th of July, holiday pay is only $.50 extra per hour, I've worked several 20+ hour shifts, my former boss worked a 43 hour shift once, non-PIC's only get mileage pay to site which equates to less than minimum wage, and owner asked PIC's to give up overtime pay so he could book them for more hours.
