I worked at Airbus as an intern

    Pros

Good company for interns, learn a lot and get to explore the taste of Aerospace Industry. Flexible working hours 35 hours a week, shower facilities for cyclist, canteen was okay and several coffee shops in the building. Depending on function support and help was always provided by managers and other colleagues. There is opportunity to travel to other sites depending on your department

    Cons

No external training provided for interns, getting back into their graduate scheme is not guaranteed even if you have done the internship. Some interns are not given real responsibilities. I was very fortunate i joined a project in a critical path and was heavily involved they even forgot I was an intern.
