Good company - Salesman Al Baik Employee Review

AL BAIK is no doubt a renowned company across the Saudi Arab. It's Training part is effective to the operation. Apart from that , Compliance of Food safety policy & Regulatory works are being followed very strictly.

Being a part of Top management, I do acknowledge about the partiality . Actually it makes other very negetive & demotivated. As per my opinion the major opportunity is Most of portion of Management are filled with ineligible Managers. Yes they can work hard but inefficient for the Managerial task.

Good for new comers, career development

Long shift but less salary, no overtime for supervisor
