Pros
There are many company wide events throughout the year that facilitate healthy bonding experiences amongst colleagues. Alignstaffing has a very laidback atmosphere, minimal micromanaging; employees have the autonomy to work at their own pace within reasonable time constraints.
Cons
There have been some instances of favoritism, subtle, yet very obvious. That is not the case for all upper management and/or lead employees.
