      Amazing co-workers, strong team atmosphere, high impact assignments, experienced leadership team, great benefits.

      Cons

      Projects can be demanding at times- but this is due to the high-impact nature of the engagements. Management does a good job recognizing this and work/life balance is a priority for the firm.

      - Experience in solving high stakes business problems that's top of mind for C-suite Executives - Constant exposure to interacting with CXOs - Excellent compensation and benefits - Meaningful ownership and leadership opportunities at junior levels - High caliber peers and coworkers - Supportive leadership team

      - Long hours / heavy travel depending on the type of project (consistent with most consulting firms)

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
