Great money, good people who will push you

Hard core sales, be readying to grind. Early mornings, lots of travel

Great money. Generally pretty cool people. The company events are fun

I cannot say enough awful things about this company. Truly the most unethical, deceptive company I have ever encountered. The sales talk track is all lies. The "Alma Advantage Program" is BS and doesn't exist. Also, you can afford more than 2 medium pizzas for these practices. No respect for their clients whatsoever. When I first started, another rep called me and asked if I was religious, because if I was, this job would be morally difficult for me. ZERO work life balance. Calls every morning at either 7 or 7:15 and at least 2-3 calls after 5 PM. Once a quarter you'll be on an all hands call for two hours after hours. If you have any morals at all, run far, far away. No amount of money is worth tolerating the debauchery and unethical business practices that seethes out of this and most other aesthetic companies. Just the same people rotating through the companies, implementing the same practices. This was my only, and will be my only, aesthetic experience.
