      Great co-workers. SOMETIMES a flexible schedule to chose from. Great trainers. Incenitives. Free stuff for hard work.

      Cons

      Lowest paying call center in Tucson. Hardcore favoritism. Projects always closing down. I'm in training for my 3rd project in 7 months.

      Telework, managers are communicative with staff and help us get better at the phone calls to pass QA

      Cons

      Always threatening to fire if we did not try to get people to buy things at the end of enrolling them into Duke Energy
