Pros

I get along with everyone, including my own Team Lead/Manager, and was promoted by $0.50 just a few months after working there.

Cons

The company enforces strict and sometimes unreachable goals on handle time, adherence, etc. You are constantly aware of the ticking clock and have to time your breaks (including travel time to and from your desk) perfectly to have good adherence and make the monthly goal. Handle time is even harder, especially after being promoted to escalations, for upset customers. Goal is 6:25 minutes. My average is closer to 10:30.

Pros

Telework, managers are communicative with staff and help us get better at the phone calls to pass QA

Cons

Always threatening to fire if we did not try to get people to buy things at the end of enrolling them into Duke Energy
