      Good pay and loads of exposure. Environment is very encouraging and conducive. Projects always come on time, within the budget and with good quality.

      There are loads of tasks and work to be done everyday. At times you get ovwerwhelmed

      Pros

      -Great work-life balance; no overtime or weekend work -Decent salaries, especially compared to comparable federal positions -Management is responsive and efficient -Excellent team of co-workers -Long-term contracts with federal government

      -Insurance benefits could be better, though not terrible -Limited opportunity for advancement within company

      Flexibility at work, great people to work with. Oh and Don't forget the Free Begals!!!! they are great

      Very less pay compared to standard, CEO needs a better vision and better customer strategy
